This location, this family, the colors… I’m head over heels with this session. Going back a few months ago, to our first initial phone call, I knew this was going to be a wonderful session. This family was so sweet and trusted me to do what I love, CREATE! I had so much fun planning this session, and although this is the one location I continue to use, it never cease to amaze me. Its like a box of chocolates, you just never know what your going to get, but you know it will always be great! When I woke up the morning of the session I was filled with excitement, I couldn’t wait, but soon after it started raining. I waited, and waited and then waited some more, but no luck, the rain kept coming on and off. This soon to be mama of two and her brave soul decided that she was still going to get her hair and make-up done and risk her chances, which I’m so glad she did. As soon as we arrived at our location the sky opened up its blue colors and the light just filled in on them. They told me they had never done something like this, but I still don’t believe them (lol) because they did such an amazing job and everything was so natural. I can’t wait to do their newborn session next month and share it with you all! Have a BEAUTIFUL day!

Thank you Elizabeth Gonzalez for the amazing referral, you were so right about this family!

Here is a cute lifestyle maternity session I shot in May. I was just going through my files and came across this session and decided to share it with you.I know its a little late, but this session was done in the mist of moving into our new house. These images were taken at their home, and as soon as I saw those green hedges I knew this was the spot. How gorgeous are these!?! This big brother was so eager to meet his little brother and couldn’t stop talking about how he was going to teach him all about Mine Craft. BOYS!

Stay tuned for this family’s newborn session…

I’m so happy to meet baby Cali and lets not forget Butters (my new doggy friend & assistant). I had the pleasure to capture this couples maternity session a few months ago and I can’t believe how fast time has flown. Baby Cali is finally here and fits so well with her beautiful family. I know this little girl will grow to be as gorgeous as her mommy, so daddy get ready… Congratulations you two!!!

Remember my blog post about “The Little Blue Bike“, well here it is again, only this time it was put to use. Back in March when my wonderful photographer friend Janine from White Salt Photography came to visit, we did a styled session with my girls. From styling to editing, we had such a blast. It was such a beautiful afternoon and my girls had fun playing with the bike and each other. Not to be biased, but I’m in love with these images of my girls. I’m getting ready to print some enlargments for their new room. I’m so glad they will have this memory to keep forever!
